Digital Products — No Refunds

Deservia exclusively sells digital content, including ebooks, guides and digital programs, which are delivered immediately after purchase.

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and with their acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal.

By accepting the terms at checkout and initiating the download or accessing the content, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal.

For this reason, returns, refunds or cancellations are not available after purchase.
